Shri Shakti Alternative Energy Limited reaches out to its customers through various Distributors and Dealers in South, North, and North Eastern parts of India. Dealers and distributors typically, are LPG Distributors of various Oil and Gas Companies in the Public and Private Sector, Sanitaryware Dealers, Appliance Dealers. The Dealer or Distributor interacts with company as a business associate and the company provides full Product Support, Technical Documentation, Sales Promotion Literature, Training and Warranty Support. Profile of a Distributor :

  • Distributors / Dealers - of any public / private sector LPG Company
    or - of gas appliances / home products
    or - of sanitaryware products
  • Ability to invest at a mutually agreed amount of money, manpower & other resources, exclusively for SSAEL products & services

Terms of Appointment of a Distributor :

  • Has a clearly identified area of operation for which full responsibility is given for marketing Shakti Friendly range of products & services
  • Generally each district is covered by one distributor. Based on potential and on the discretion of SSAEL there could be more than one distributor
  • Can appoint dealers and Sales Agents for marketing
  • Assist / facilitate gas connection for use with the appliance
  • Must sell a minimum number of products & services every year, as specified by SSAEL
  • Required to indent products on cash and carry basis initially and can be considered for credit later after establishing a satisfactory business relationship
  • Allowed Distributors’ margin as per company policy from time to time, besides quantity discounts etc.
  • Has a showroom for the display & demonstration of products (could be a part of other business) and godown space for stocking
  • Required to take up local sales promotion in consultation with the company
  • Employ at least one Sales Executive and at least One Technician on full-time basis, exclusively for SSAEL products & services
  • Can charge extra for installation and other services as prescribed by the company

Terms of Appointment of a Dealer :

  • Has to operate under a Distributor
  • There will be no individual area of Operation
  • Assist / facilitate gas connection for use with the appliance(s)
  • Will indent products from the Distributor at the Dealer prices specified by the company
  • Will be eligible for Dealer’s Margin as per the company policy
  • Will be responsible for the installations and after sales service with the support of the distributor
  • Employ at least One Technician
  • Can charge extra for installation and other services as specified by the company

  • Sales promotion and advertisement support
  • Service manuals, documentation details and other sales management systems
  • Opportunity to market a range of other products such as premium cooktops and LPG conversion kits for autorickshaws and portable gensets and other appliances introduced from time to time

Appointment Procedure :

  • Applicants will be required to completely fill in the attached application Form for Distributorship / Dealership
  • The Sales Executive would give his comments on the applicant with regard to the applicant's reputation, potential, capacity to invest, commitment etc.
  • Based on the background / firm's strengths, the applicant can be considered as distributor / dealer. those selected as dealer will be attached to concerned distributors
  • A Certificate will be issued indicating appointment of Distributor
  • After meeting the sales targets set by SSAEL for its different products & services, for the first six months, SSAEL may get into a mutually agreeable long-term contract
