Notes: 

1  These results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors in their 
    respectivemeetings held on 25th June, 2007. 

2  The Company has since fully cleared the term loan and working capital liabilities to banks and financial 
    insitutions in the month January - 2007 under the One Time Settlement (OTS) Deal.
