Located at one of the largest industrial estates of Asia (Jeedimetla, Hyderabad), Shri Shakti Cylinders Pvt. Ltd. (SSCPL) enjoys close proximity to the railway siding, the international airport and the inland container depot. This makes it very accessible and easy to do business with. With an installed capacity of 600,000 cylinders per year (in 3 shift production) SSCPL is also one of the larger Indian companies in this field.The Company holds the following licenses: - From the Chief Controller of Explosives (CCOE), Government of India, for manufacture of pressure vessels.
- From the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) to mark the cylinders with ISI mark as per IS 3196.
- From BIS for implementing and maintaining quality systems as per IS/ISO 9002.
- Additionally, SSCPL is a member of BIS’s subcommittee HMD 16 that formulates and maintains the Indian Standard IS 3196 for the manufacture of low pressure cylinders.
- SSCPL has implemented the quality systems in cylinder manufacture as per IS/ISO 9002 and in February 1997, was certified by BIS; which is accredited by Raad-Voor Acceditatie for implementation of quality systems.
- SSCPL also has an excellent maintenance and development team. The deep-draw press body, tooling, and all the jigs and fixtures for various machines and testing equipment have been manufactured in-house!
- A technically qualified board, supported by an experienced management cadre professionally manages the Company. It has four lead assessors as well.
